Enjoy full access to our gym facilities for one day during staffed operating hours. Whether you're visiting, trying out the gym, or getting in a single workout, our Day Pass gives you access to our available equipment and training areas.

Day Pass Terms & Conditions

By purchasing and using this Day Pass, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are voluntarily participating in physical exercise and use of the gym facilities at your own risk.

• You understand that exercise and the use of fitness equipment involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, equipment failure, serious injury, illness, permanent disability, or death.

• You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in exercise and have no medical condition that would make your use of the facilities unsafe. If you have any concerns about your health, you should seek medical advice before participating.

• You agree to use all equipment safely, follow any instructions provided by staff, and comply with all gym rules and policies.

• You accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of your participation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless the gym, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, trainers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the facilities or participation in any activities, except where caused by negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.

• You are responsible for any damage you intentionally or negligently cause to gym property or equipment.

• The gym is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.

• The Day Pass is valid only for the purchaser, is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be shared.

• Entry may be refused or your Day Pass may be cancelled without refund if you fail to comply with gym rules, behave in an unsafe or inappropriate manner, or misuse the facilities.

• If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent before using the facilities, where permitted by law.

By completing your purchase and entering the gym, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the assumption of risk and release of liability, and acknowledge that this agreement is legally binding.
